Summer is meant to be more casual & relaxed. Feeling comfortable in the heat of summer is achievable. Old Navy is where I shop to find the latest and greatest for each season, plus it “doesn’t break the bank.”
Working out in the summer is not easy. I usually have to get up super early to stay out of the heat. I have many lightweight and affordable Old Navy Tees that I work out in. They are easy to layer and in the fall, I just throw on a pullover-jacket, like this one (wearing), which is on sale for $13.
Does working out make you happy? Personally, I have to stay active to stay happy. I will always feel better after getting outside and going for a walk or meeting up with my personal trainer. Old Navy’s Activewear Line has suitable styles for whatever you like to do- weight-lifting, running, or yoga. This tee I am wearing is only $16.00 and comes in a variety of colors.
Why does stretching feel so good? I think it is all of the desk-sitting, looking down at our cell phones and devices all day that makes stretching so wonderful. I have a tense lower back and rely on daily stretching to keep it in check.

Old Navy Tees are great for layering under accessories, such as this bright print scarf. This is a great way to transition from summer to fall. Just find a light-weight scarf in your favorite color and layer it over a tee or shirt and tuck inside your favorite skirt.
As you can see, there are many ways to style an Old Navy Tee. Whether you are looking for an everyday casual look to run errands in, going for your daily workout, or dressing up for a dinner date, there are many ways to “style-up” or “style-down” a tee. They are a basic foundation piece that every woman should keep handy!
