Happy Weekend!!! So, I recently wore this Anthro dress to a “western-themed” company party in Nashville. It is kind of “boho-western,” but it worked, nonetheless. Here are a few others I tried on: Larina Ruffled Maxi, Juniper Maxi Dress, & the Cadence Printed Maxi Dress; they are all on sale…woohoo! I wanted to get something I could wear past the party, so this was perfect. I also got these very, very comfy ankle boots by Sam Edelman –I have been wearing them with practically everything lately!
What else is new? I am getting excited about music season gearing up this spring! Here is who I am planning on going to see: (1) Jamestown Revival, (2) Dawes, (3) Billy Joel, (4) Matthew Logan Vasquez, (5) The Head & The Heart, (6) Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors, (7) John Mayer, (8) Julien Baker (new personal fave), (9) Regina Spektor. I know it sounds like a lot, but we have so much talent playing in Atlanta this year!
Here is my Weekend Playlist:
Ryan Bingham (always on :))

Hey Guys! I hope everyone had a great week. I am busy blogging from bed on a Saturday morning, coffee bed-side. We had the most amazing and fun company annual retreat in Nashville, TN this week! Every time I go to Nashville, I uncover a new hidden gem. We had a spectacular dinner at 5th & Taylor in the up-and-coming Germantown district!
Switching gears now –I’m not gonna lie to you guys. This is an awkward time of year for fashion blogging. It is still pretty freezing outside, yet we have to start shooting spring looks. So, I am out there braving the cold in clothing made for 70-80′ weather, which is so not fun, but I do it for you guys:)!! Smiling through the pain!
I love, love, love the Bobeau brand at Nordstrom; their line is stylish, comfortable and affordable –almost everything is under $70. I have linked a few of my favorite Bobeau cold shoulder tops, below. Also, please take advantage –these Dolce Vita sandals (wearing above) that were $270 are now only $50-75, linked below; they are so adorable and the heel is chunky, so you can really w-e-a-r them!

Guys, I have been living in this sweater…it is so comfortable and comes in four color combos! My new place is super close to the Perimeter Nordstrom and I have been taking advantage and loading up on cozy sweaters. I like how this sweater is long in the back and covers up the rear (hahaha)!! You know what I am talking about, ladies…just keepin’ it real!
I’m not sure if I am going to do a blog post on it, but I also recently purchased this royal blue cold-shoulder Vince Camuto sweater. I have been wearing it on repeat, as well! It may be cold outside, but having a cute sweater makes it fun to venture out!

Hellllooooo Ladies (and Gents)!!! Happy 2017 to everyone & hope you all had a good week back at work. I have seriously been out of town every weekend for the past two months, plus a move, and starting a new job = crazy town! I can finally “see the light” as things are getting back to normal. Is normal a thing!!?
It has been a super cold winter here in Atlanta. In fact, we were “iced” in this past weekend. Is it really a bad thing though? It’s kind of nice to have an excuse to stay indoors for two straight days, just being lazy and relaxing. We finally got our Christmas decorations down (so sad) and did a good deep clean. I had a little sad moment when my tree went down, but then was pretty glad to have some space in our living room back.
Do you have a warm enough coat for this winter? I really needed a casual/dressy “puffer” coat, like the one I am wearing (here). It is not TOO puffy…but is extremely warm and cozy, plus I love the belted trench look, which is more slimming! I have a more affordable version linked below & right here. I have been buying up a lot of olive green apparel this season…it is a new neutral and looks good on all skin types.

Thanks to all of my followers for supporting me in 2016. I could not keep doing this without you all! I sincerely appreciate every like, comment, and visit to my blog. I hope you all have a very happy New Year!
I love this post so much –it was finally feeling like spring outside and I scooped up some bright yellow tulips to pair with this popular J.Crew gingham skirt…see the full post here.
I really pride myself on being able to champion the classic American look. It was close to Memorial Day weekend and I wanted to go full out red, white and blue. This Loewe clutch makes the post…these handbags blew up in the spring and fall seasons. See the full post here.
You guys went crazy over this black Chloe “Hudson” bag. It was & still is very popular.
Color-blocking is an easy way to look fashion-forward without breaking the bank. This flowy maxi skirt was under $50 and I already owned this silk Tibi top from many years ago…see how good style lasts you!? Here is a similar flowy maxi and here is the post.
We only dream about the perfect lighting I had on this particular day. I cannot stress enough about lighting–it will make or break you! This dress is so fabulous…I love blue & white together and it made me feel like I was heading to a proper English tea party! See the full post here.
One of the highlights of 2016 was getting my hair & makeup done by the ladies at Cucumber & Mint in Augusta, GA. I have thick hair, which is usually a pain, so I had a blast letting them work their magic! The day we took this photo, it was lightly snowing and very freezing outside, but the picture ended up getting featured on Like to Know It’s Instagram page, so hey, it was worth it! See the full post, here.
I like this picture because it shows what you can do to trick the lighting. It was an ugly, overcast winter day and we stood in front of the Cucumber & Mint bright white store-front. You would never know it by the weather forecast, but the pictures were a success! Plus, I loved my new David J Pliner fringe heels. See the full post here.
Everyone knows how much I love a good midi skirt; this pink one by Eliza J was my favorite. It was close to Valentine’s Day and I wanted to do something that honored the holiday! How freaking adorable is this mini Rebecca Minkoff bag!? Just adore it!!! See the full post here.
I was brave enough to wear OTK Boots and a mini skirt. Enough said. I had one of those moments where I was thinking…I may never be able to wear this again, so I’m just going to go for it! See the full post here.
Everyone asked me if I “photo-shopped” this picture and the answer is NO. I had airbrush makeup and eyelashes applied by the Cucumber & Mint ladies. I rarely have full hair & makeup done before a shoot, but I did this one time. How blonde was my hair here? I loved it, but it was too hard to keep up, so I ended up putting low lights back in a short time later (thanks to Nikki & Salon Duo)!!! See the full post here.
I have been wearing this PJ Salvage nightshirt with grey leggings on repeat…they are so comfy cozy & now on sale! With cotton pj’s, I usually go one size-up so they don’t shrink too much in the dryer.

Hi there!!! Hope you all made it out of the holidays free & clear of any major damage. Totally kidding!! Ok, so what do you guys think of this tie-neck blouse? How amazing is it!? I love this color-blocked version I am wearing, but it is pretty sporty in red, too. Plus, it is 50% off & goes well with black pants or a pencil skirt for work.
I hope everyone has fun New Year’s Eve Plans! I am going to see my BFF in Chattanooga, TN for some “champs” and the countdown. It’s not quite time for my special detox/cleanse/no cheese dip for 30 days January ritual. Have a great week & don’t forget to shop the post!
I recently wore this dress to an industry conference in NYC. I love it because it doesn’t blend in with the “sea of black suits.” Aubergine is a rich and beautiful color for fall/winter and I love the detail around the neckline.
Knowing which colors bring out the best of your features is key. I love red on brunettes, but on me, it’s not the absolute best. I prefer “jewel tones,” neutrals, or blush pink/light blue. We can’t do it all, folks!
